It can be hard to let yourself heal. When you come into your first session with me, I will ask you to tell me what you need, why you are here, what you hope to have happen to you. Most importantly, we will talk about how you have the power within yourself to heal. As a healer, I will show you the way so that you become empowered in your journey to become your most loving self.
You already know more about your personal journey than I ever will. I will work with you to map out your personal journey, andand I will be with you as a guide walking you through it. Together, we will tailor an individual plan that works for this personal journey using techniques, like brainspotting, soul retrieval, and nutrient supplementation , to meet your body’s physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. I know that, a lot of times, you just need to know that someone believes in you, even when you don’t. I will alway believe in you and the strength and power of your self-love and personal forgiveness to give love back to yourself. Even when you can’t hold that space for self-love for yourself yet, I will be there to hold that space open for you while you are healing.
